I think for my research I want to do something along the lines of Physical health differences in men and women. Men and women's bodies are very different in shape, growth, metabolism and body fat. Why do men and women have to work out differently to stay fit? I picked this topic because I'm a big stickler for men and women being equal. Working out men and women cant do the same work out or we look too manly. I think its peculiar that men and women's bodies are so different. I think its important to address this because its very good to know your body inside and out and what you can and shouldn't do during a work out. Some people may not care about the differences because some people just run to stay fit. From my research i expect to find a lot of differences in carbohydrate intake and toning verses building muscles. I found a website that breaks down the differences and its very brief. It gives an overlook of the whole topic. I haven't looked much into it but i assume that scholars will have a lot of different answers because within the differences of men and women there are a lot of different body types in each gender. I hope to find something deeper then just the muscles and how men use bigger weights to get bigger muscles when women use small weights to tone their bodies.
